Large Qatari organisations often run a patchwork of legacy systems — Oracle ERP modules from different implementation eras, custom-built HR systems that nobody can maintain, SAP instances configured for a business model that has since evolved, and manual approval workflows conducted over WhatsApp groups. The systems work individually, but they don't talk to each other, creating data silos that cost real money in duplicated effort and delayed decisions.

Qalib's enterprise software practice focuses on three areas: custom module development (when off-the-shelf solutions genuinely don't fit), system integration (connecting what you have so data flows once), and workflow automation (removing the manual handoffs that slow everything down).

For custom development, we build on proven enterprise frameworks — .NET for organisations with Microsoft infrastructure, Node.js/TypeScript for cloud-native greenfield projects, and Java/Spring for environments where that is the established standard. All deliverables include Arabic-language user interfaces, comprehensive documentation in both languages, and on-site training in Doha.

For integration, we specialise in the middleware layer: REST and SOAP API connectors, event-driven architectures (Kafka, RabbitMQ), ETL pipelines for data warehousing, and real-time sync between ERP, CRM, HR, and finance systems. We have experience with Oracle Fusion, SAP S/4HANA, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and legacy COBOL systems that still power critical processes.

Typical engagement: 3–6 month initial delivery with quarterly enhancement cycles. We provide source code ownership, deployment documentation, and optional managed-service agreements for ongoing maintenance.

للتطوير المخصص نبني على أطر مؤسسية مثبتة — .NET للمؤسسات ذات بنية Microsoft، وNode.js/TypeScript للمشاريع السحابية الجديدة، وJava/Spring للبيئات ذات المعيار المُرسّخ. جميع المخرجات تتضمن واجهات مستخدم باللغة العربية وتوثيق شامل بكلتا اللغتين وتدريب في الموقع بالدوحة.

للتكامل نتخصص في طبقة الوسيط: موصلات REST وSOAP API، وبنيات قائمة على الأحداث، وخطوط ETL، والمزامنة الفورية بين أنظمة ERP وCRM وHR والمالية. لدينا خبرة مع Oracle Fusion وSAP S/4HANA وMicrosoft Dynamics 365 وأنظمة COBOL القديمة.
